Caterpillar tractor company operates 3 challengers (601's I think) out of Peoria, IL. They are currently looking for a FO. Here is a link to their job search page just search for "pilot" and it should come up. Caterpillar Job Search

A friend of mine runs this site. Quality job listings, he will not mass post jobs like Climb to 350 or WFFF.
Good luck

Most do...or at least they have an edge to getting an interview. Places I have worked have always asked around for any friends looking for work, but also reviewed submitted resumes for qualified people also....and while often the known guy got the job, it was not a guarantee....especially at larger departments with some turnover.

I decided to stop lurking and join the fray for this post. I think the original poster's question wasn't fully answered and wonder if anyone out there can point a knuckle-dragging zipper suit in the right direction:
Where does one start looking for these highly-prized, somewhat secretive corporate jobs?
I'm finishing up my time in the military in a few months, and I'd love to trade in the Herk for something faster and (don't tell it I said this) somewhat nicer looking. I've been around the world low and slow, and now I'd like to do it a bit faster and higher in a corporate flight department. Right now my network mainly consists of airline pilots I met along the way, but I'd like to find out how to get my foot in the door with a corporate flight department. The lifestyle of never knowing where you're going to fly or who your pax will be is very appealing to me.
Thanks for the time.

I work in a terrific environment where there is little excess baggage among my fellow employees. We all get along, pilots, maintenance and dispatch. We have been searching for the right person to fill a pilot position for a quite a while now. We have looked at the full range of experience but so far none have fit the profile. We know the right person is out there but has yet to knock on the door.
So I think you have just as much chance as the next guy. Try to pick companys that you can see yourself fitting in with. In any event, keep knocking on doors and making new friends because you can never have enough of those
