Default Ejm partial 135 management contract

Friend of mine was telling me that Ejm has 3 programs, manage part91, partial management 135, and full management135 contract. My question is this for the partial 135 management program.

1. Are you employed by Ejm or your principle.
2. Can you have your own mechanic, or choose your own mx contractor?
3. Whatis the general monthly management fee for a super midsized jet?

Thanks.

I flew a 135 partial managed airplane for ejm. I was employed and paid by the owner. We had a part time mechanic at our hangar for small mx issues. We took it to service centers for all the big checks. It's all up to you with what you do to complete the mx. Ejm sends you a mx sheet at the beggining of the month, and we scheduled the mx on our own. The more you can do the less ejm will charge you. I had a light jet on the certificate and the monthly fee was 2500.
