IMO none of the ratings there are worth more than the job they are attached to. EX: I'd take a G200 job with better pay and home life over a less desireable Challenger, hawker job etc.
From talking with recruiters/headhunters, all people are actively interested in today are experienced Intl Global/G550 guys with maybe some management experience. They claim there's actually a shortage there....
?.....and as far as contracting, it's all overseas, long term, and on those same planes.
Just enjoy the job if it's a good place, who cares what they send you to train on. You will likely wind up on a few of them and will be sick of going to yet another school before you know it!

As mentioned above companies with an opening are still getting swamped with qualified applicants with a type, PIC time, and currency.
