Default Airplane partners.

We are currently looking at adding a partner or two for our jet to share costs. It is proving difficult to find people or a company that is interested. Many people charter, but have no intention of buying a plane. Do you guys have any suggestions?

We currently have a citation VII and if we do talk to people, we always let them know we are interested in another airplane if they would like something else.

Plane is located in SE Pennsylvania if that helps anyone.

Feel free to PM me.

What about Executive Jet Management or Citation Shares/Air?

If you do go with one of those, are the pilots required to be with the company or can they stay with the owner? And can you choose to put it on charter or will they just find one or two other owners?

We currently have our plane on charter, we would like to get away from that.

No idea, best thing to do would be to call EJM or CA directly or perhaps grab one of their pilots at an FBO and chat

Don't wanna give ya wrong information

EJM will fully manage, or do a charter manage option.

The later is basically you paying them for use of their Charter certificate. The fully managed option is pretty pricey usually. the guy I know there said that it is the owners option as to whether to hire their own crew of have EJM supply a crew.
