Oh, and the flare...hold it...hold it...wait for it...not yet...wait... Ahhhh, that's it!

I once got a speeding ticket when our secretary had forgot that our client wanted Macadamia nuts, so I offered to make a quick run down to the local grocery store and get some. But on the way back there was a cop hiding in the bushes, bagged me doing about 50 in a 35. I told him my story, hoping he'd let me slide, I even showed him my nuts. But just like my wife, he was not impressed.

Those were some damned expensive nuts!

You expensed it right?

My old squadron flew Sting in the backseat once.
The guy who flew him said he was great.

An old roommate was the PAO for VMFA-314 back when "Indeoendence Day' was being filmed and Will Smith came to the squadron to hang out for a bit. He said that he was very accommodating to the Marines.

Personally - I met Hoyt Axton once.
Just a good 'ole Oklahoma guy

I have a buddy of mine that flew Jay-Z and Beyoncé for a year and a half if I remember correctly.

Apparently he's a real cool dude. Invited him and his FO to various clubs bought bottles and pretty much said he could have whatever he wanted at his 40/40 club so as long as he doesn't buy out the bar for everyone. Sat with him and Beyoncé at the club too. Shot the sh*t talked sports and among other things. Nice guy.

Made sure who was flying around his wife prior to him actually hiring him. So I thought that was pretty cool.

I flew the producer of "All in the Family" and many other shows, Norman Lear. Super nice guy, and going strong at 93 years old. I told him I had grown up watching "All in the Family" and he replied, "So did I".

Flew Tom Brokaw, Dan Rather, and Peter Jennings from DCA to LGA on the same shuttle flight - had to divert to EWR. Didn't even get a mention!

Dennis Rodman was great to fly. Phil Jackson sat up front a lot and was also great. Jordan and Pippen were always busy playing cards.

Rolling Stones were awesome.

Coworkers flew U2 around Europe and got to party at Bono's house.

From personal experience: Bill Cosby, Huey Lewis, Chuck Berry were awesome! Very friendly and appreciative. Arriana Huffington, Barbara Walters and Val Kilmer were absolutely miserable human beings.

From a buddy: Tom Hanks is apparently pretty descent. Took my friend and his FO to dinner. Things I've heard about Oprah require language that can't be printed on this forum...

Flew Kurt Russell up to YYZ and back for the film fest and a movie premiere this year. Easily one of the nicest pax I have flown. Started talking airplanes and flying with him before departure and he was up near the cockpit just after departure chatting us up for the first hour or so of the flight talking about the different planes he's owned/flown over the years and asking us about the planes we've flown. Big aviation nut and a really cool guy.

Another gent is Eric Clapton. Flew him three times to Antigua where he has a home and supports a drug rehab center. Back in the days we allowed cockpit visits, he was always welcome in the jump seat, even had him play his guitar and sing for the two of us, Enjoyed having him with us.
Roseanne Barr was not so nice. Keith Richards of the Stones was pretty cool also, easy passenger.
