what are 350 rent-a-pilot contract pilot day rates now for PIC/Captain

are those typically single pilot crewed or does a "contract King Air copilot" exist also ?

Say, rates for Texas area

I was in your shoes at one point.. There are not a lot of corp type ratings covered by the GI bill. A few commercial, but not a lot of corporate stuff. First priority.. Get you ATP... period. Then seek a copilot seat in any aircraft that you can get hired into. If you want to use the jet sim to get your ATP (highly recommended)... The cheapest and quickest is usually the 737.. I've seen them as cheap as $6k in a legacy model.. Just get the ATP and start walking your resume around.. With your King Air time.. LOTS of companies have guys as Captains in their 200, while flying right seat in one of the jets until they get the time to upgrade. Contract King Air rates are $400-$700/day.
