I've found the ProPilot survey to be low across the board. NBAA survey has a lot more data and seems to be more accurate.

And yes, the NBAA survey costs money to gain access.

We have a g650 and g550. The Pro Pilot survey has always been inaccurate primarily due to their survey method, IMO. If you want good people with a lot of experience, you have to pay them legacy pay + in these airframes. Again, IMO. It helps with retention (in 3 years, we've never lost a Capt), quality of life and a lot of other things. In the long haul, it's worth the money. That's just how we do it.
