There's now a nice mix of scheduled turboprop and on-demand jet flying. They've made an effort to hire from within for the upgrades when possible, but I know we are still looking for a lot more pilots. I can think of a few guys that left for the airlines and then came back to CFM. All in all, especially now, I think it's a great place to work. It's not perfect, but no operator is. I think the difference here is that management is very approachable and willing to listen to suggestions.
