If there was any doubt, Treasury says it has no authority to grant any additional aid. So it's probably not coming from the executive.

I can’t find the full bill so whoever can find it post it below.
looks like the proposed bail out for airlines would be 32 Billion.
from the news I saw it looks like the talks are getting a lot closer than before. Who really knows but I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw something get done sometime this week. Again, who knows.
