My guess is there will be a whole lot of Richards going to restaurants in Michigan. Probably more than currently reside in the state.

Airline employees are still on the essential list. You are not required to comply. The only thing they have, and still "request" is you monitor your temperature. They have periods of stay and some recommendations. Nothing that is requiring you to fill out a form or comply with mandates.
I commute to NYC. All I have been doing is showing them my ID when I deplane. They have never bothered me. Same at the hotel.
Here's the NYS website it is the "Exemption for Essential Workers" page:
https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/co...ravel-advisory
Here's list of essential businesses/employees:
https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/gov...xecutive-order
Up here at this above link you'll find a comprehensive list, which airlines/airports are a labeled "essential business" and employees are "essential employees". You'll find it listed under bullet "2" "Essential Infrastructure, Including:"

We’ve been treated as essential since day one, airplane can’t fly without. My friend was told by dentist’s receptionist, “essential services only could have appointments”. Half hour, got a call, you’re essential, here’s your appointment. Clues a Global.
