So much for "100 days"

Where I live, those of us on Team Reality are well aware which restaurants and stores do not require (and some disallow) masks. Guess which parking lots are regularly packed?
Now extrapolate that to other industries, say, I don't know... airlines?
The moment these mandates go away, you will see people coming back in droves to fly. Sure, you'll have a few that will avoid it if there are no masks, but those coming back will far outnumber them.
I'm so sick of getting the memos "masks work," and all I want to ask is, "Which study are you looking at?" I've looked and I can't find a single one. Note there are "mask vs respiratory virus" studies going back to 1947 on the CDC website and all come to the same conclusion.
The CDC changing the PCR threshold last week was eye opening. It indicates every single number CNN has on their display is woefully incorrect.
This virtueless virtue signaling has to go.

There’s reason to believe masks were helpful, not to say an savior, indoors or in outdoor crowds. Wearing them to jog is silly. They’ve become the Left’s Red MAGA hat.

I agree with your stance. Why bother traveling via airline when you have to go through the absurdity of wearing a mask "over your nose and mouth and all times" and be threatened constantly by hyper vigilant FAs. I'm sticking to driving vacations to fully open states with no restrictions or mask BS until such time that the "100% safe" theater is over.
