Legal basis for vaccine mandates…

Wow. I don’t know if you meant to imply Nurses are ignorant moronic maids, but you did.
Did you ever spend any time in a hospital or a infusion center as a patient? I doubt you did. You would probably have more respect for nurses if you did.
Acknowledging that it is possible that a rushed to market vaccine that (depending on your age and the risk group you fall in) you might not need (if you believe in math and science, that is what the data shows)…? Epecially if you have already been infected? That shows an ability to consider risk/reward and to think critically. Those are traits I would rather encourage in human beings, rather that blind obedience to the ever changing consensus of journalists, politicians, and demonstrably fallible “experts”

Given the racial demographics of the vaccine hesitant (not me, BTW), one might almost call your ideal society incredibly racist.

Like 50% of other ATL A's. (?-ish). The jumpseats of many a MD-80/717 are cursed with all the old-man smell from the ATL commuters.
Then again, FL was THIS CLOSE (49.6% vs. 49.2%) to being blessed with the benevolent leadership of Andrew Gillum.
Not to judge or anything, but getting caught drowning in your own excreta, whilst overdosing on crystal meth, and paying for your own personal orgy with male "sex workers" (sans-wife), seems like a less-than-ideal governor for pandemic leadership. Hell of a story (with PICTURES!!!, but ya gotta go international, because reasons).
"Florida Man" is a meme for a reason. It's on the cusp of become another fantastic utopia run by very highly credentialed "TOP MEN" like CA, VA, or NY.
Also, trust the media. Because CNN/MSNBC was all over this just like Gerry Hart. Right? RIGHT?!?

I took the vaccine. But you cannot argue it has had the level of testing that other vaccines have had.

Good news is more third world areas have come out of abject poverty, now considered second world / developing since the smallpox eradication. If I recall the numbers, the world has gone from 40% extremely poor to 10% extremely poor in the last three decades. I believe that cutoff definition is less that $1.90 per day per person.

Secondly, a lot of hospitals are using hospitalists as the attending physician, instead of having your primary care doctor see you in the hospital. There also are Emergency Room physicians. Are they part of a group of independent contractors or are they direct employees?

The federal mandate applies to all workers and facilities who get medicare, etc funding... so there may be a few high-end plastic surgery clinics in Beverly Hills who are exempt from that.

Yes, losing staff privileges is a career-ender. That's been a contentious issue in the past, when hospitals revoke staff privilege without any sort of due process.

Then maybe you just answered your own question. Are nurses different? I can’t imagine *most* doctors are spending hours a day reading research papers. So doctors and nurses both have the same antidotal evidence doctors just have more to lose.
