As far as self reflection and contrition go, I’d say its time for a name change or new account. Sports teams from pro to little league address mascots that are problematic and offensive all the time, but they don’t keep the name.
Your self reflection and contrition is meaningless unless you change the name. If you had any integrity you’d do the right thing and change it. Short of that your judgement upon others is hypocritical. Would you be ok with others using slurs if they apologized and continued using them? That’s not how contrition and apologies work. An adult would know that.

They can besmirch anyone at will without moderator repercussions, yet when you confront them with irrefutable facts, they slink away and ***** to the mods who then assess you with demerits.
The fact remains Mayo has actually got queued up 1500+ third world nurses and "docs" in the visa program. They are going to supplant them for US folks fired due to "muh mandates"
Costs of labor and all (dramatically reduced); they don't give a **** about the treatment anymore. Mayo used to be a thing back in the 80s. Now just a bunch of money grubbing *****s.
Not really an accurate measurement of the shift in any policy out there.
