The % of vaccinated among the college educated crowd is pretty high at almost 90%. You need the vaccine for ual, dal, aal, etc as a newhire. You also need the yellow fever vaccine here at ual which will be provided in indoc if you don't already have it.

Yellow fever vaccination
If you’ve traveled to a country in the epidemic zone for yellow fever in the last 30 days, you may need the yellow fever vaccine before you take other international flights. If the vaccination is required by the country you’re traveling to, you’ll need to show a vaccination certificate issued at least 10 days before your arrival in that country.
