I’m not so sure. The judge’s opinion is solid. At this stage of the game, the administration would be expending a whole lot of political capital and will for very little return.

United has told employees that they will continue to "enforce" the mask mandate, despite it being vacated nationally.

One imagines the heads of all the big families….excuse me, airline CEOs, are having a confab to discuss where to go from here. Unity is strength, etc.

No one wants to cross the big guy. OTOH, airline crews are going to need some guidance on how to proceed very soon.
