What's the harm is waiting if/when you hit the 100 hour mark?

Calling out for a moderate stomachache/headache or other issues that may or may not be verifiable to a third party? At that point you have a choice: roll the dice and hope it works out, despite a potential "ops check normal could not duplicate" letter, or just tough it out and press on and fly anyway.
