This is most definitely a large positive bid. There are so many good options to consider that it is difficult to bid. I find myself bidding for several seats with qualifiers on each. We have 230 seats open at the highest pay rate in our contract, that is double the 115 displacements off the 744A. There are over 100 more WB Captains with the 7ER, 765 and 330 in the mix. With 30 NYC 7ER A vacancies, we may see a 7ER Captain who was part of the unimaginable 7ER new hire boom in 2007. This bid has tons of upward movement with a few isolated pockets of possible displacements.

There is no need to fill a card. (order all of your positions desired) Some past AEs have resulted in unintended awards because they thought they had to have something in. That's not true. You can have as many or as few (0) preferences as you like. cant catch any fish, if you don't have a hook in the water:D |
