Interesting. 568 Mandatories, and only 9 not on the originally posted displacements. Downrange effect. All on the ATL777A.
And only 9 Voluntaries, also all on the ATL777A. Am I correct in saying this was the biggest bid in the history of any airline? |

IMO NYC 320A has to be the biggest shocker. Anybody willing to commute can make a pile of money in short order. Congrats to everybody who was awarded a new position, and to those who stayed put and moved up!
Congrats on the minidog upgrade Mike! |

LAX and the 350 were the surprises on this one! Looks like everyone had their sights on the 330 this round. No one heeded my Africa warnings, and I'm pretty sure I would have gone backward on ATL330 this trip! Crazy.
I get to fly with my favorite captain every trip out of ATL soon on the little bus, though. :D |
Got 98 more folks below me! There may be an end to my reserve months in sight!

Yeah, very suprised. Also shocked how Jr LAX went. Not expecting sub 3 year guys to get ca on the 717, let alone the 737. And 777 as well is getting jr, it's great. At least ATL is junior on something, MSP looks like it is senior on everything. 10 years to get 88 ca and ER fo, sheesh.

Not quite 10 years, its closer to 7. There were several late 2010 hires on the MSP 7ER who were awarded MSP M88 Captain. I'm sure the MSP seniority will break soon. LAX used to be relatively senior just a couple years ago.
The guys who own houses there who were A330 Captains now have to commute to somewhere else or bid down to the 767 if they want to stay in MSP, that's what makes it so senior. It won't get a lot more junior until all those guys have retired. |
