OPEC tried to BK the frackers and it did not work. It looks like cheap oil might be around for quite a while. This is probably our best hope regarding the ME3.

Exactly. Of course we can't match per capita subsidies like that, so we need to force the mass pull down of their illegal routes.

They can have as many as we do, which for now is zero. We'll round up and give them one per day.
