Good hotels near JFK

Wondering if there are any good deals for Delta employees near JFK?

The doubletree in Newark has a great Delta rate (approx $70 a night) Wondering if there is anything like that near JFK?

When I was there I didn't find ANY deals like that. I stayed at the Knights Inn a few times and it was in that price range and had transportation. For a real hotel you are looking at north of $100-$150/night

Check out mycrewguide, I've stayed at the Rockville centre inn many years ago. Walking distance to restaurants, etc.

I thought "good" crew hotels and JFK was kind of an oxymoron. 😜

It is.....

Try Priceline - if you do well, you can be out the door of the Sheraton or Holiday Inn for $150.

I always used Hotwire while I was based at JFK. The website will not tell you which hotel you are looking at, so the key was to find a cheap rate with an airport shuttle and decent customer reviews. I usually could get a Holiday Inn Express, Sleep Inn, etc for $80 - 100 out the door. Free breakfast and fresh renovations.

I tried the Rockville and I wasn't impressed. They stuck me in a first floor room with an exterior door, and the shuttle only ran once per hour or something.
