I'm not being an apologist. Stop getting mad at someone for being a victim then immediately become a victim. He was very much in the wrong and his behavior was embarrassing to himself. Is it worthy of pressing charges? Depends on your snowflake tolerance. Are you so much of a snowflake that a guy saying an F word and calling you a P makes you want him arrested and charges filed? And I'm the liberal here. Jesus. Kids can handle that kind of language. Like I said. I went to a middle School in the corn fields in an ultra Christian area and I heard way way worse in the hallways. The kids are going to be just fine.
Delta took the high road. Thanks for playing and here are your hand cuffs. Proves a big point. You can't behave that way and still get your way. Bye bye.

Got it.
False logic is false logic. Just saying you heard it when you were one of the Children of the Corn doesn't make it appropriate in a first class cabin on any airline. Your argument is completely flawed by your premise.
Isn't there something more salacious you could be adding your mental prowess to on your airline's subforum?

So you equate kids in middle school with adults and "movie stars" acting like kids in middle school?
Got it.

I called it embarrassing. I said he deserved to get the boot and even be banned for Life. What you just can't seem to grasp is I'm calling out the irony of "he's playing the victim and it's PC nonsense" while in the same breath saying "the poor children, their ears are damaged for life because of the mean words of the black man.".
Try again.

My point stands. You even admit you take two sides. And you punctuate it with blasphemy. He acted like a complete fool. For that you think he should be banned? Great. What exactly was it that made him look like a fool? The swearing tirade he went on? But you heard that from middle schoolers, so that's not what made him a fool? Gotcha, bruh.
Rock on, peacock. Get down with your bad self.

I do appreciate your grading scale, though!

Didn't we just get a bulletin about disruptive passengers? I believe it said we (as pilots) are supposed to call ops and request they convene the Customer Service Team to deal with the passenger, and we (as pilots) are not supposed to get involved as that creates a distraction to us performing our preflight duties, not to mention you are going to end up on You Tube as witnessed in this video.
If the passenger becomes physical, then you (as pilots) are to request a Security Conflict Team. This guy was borderline, almost needed to be restrained. I'm wondering what the Captain's plan was if this passenger had punched him in the face? Personally, I wouldn't have gotten out of my seat to deal with this clown, that's what the CST is for.
We are not trained to be MMA fighters or police officers or Customer Service Reps, we have people trained for that, let them handle it so YOU can stay focused on your job, i.e. loading the right departure and setting the correct altitude in the MCP.
Add this one to the Delta vs UPS thread!
Again, Boxes don't B!tch!

Delta could ban him I suppose.
But press charges? For what? Public disturbance?

A guy goes on a pro-Trump, anti-Hillary tirade with just a couple expletives (maybe 25% of what this idiot did) and he's banned for life on Delta.

What you have a hard time understanding is that kind of behavior while sophomoric, doesn't warrant being assaulted by airline personnel as suggested earlier or criminal charges. Based on what charges? Being loud and swearing? Because it hurts the children's ears? The kids will be fine.
