I remember hearing something like:
At DCI regionals the goal is 10 pilots total per aircraft.
At Delta - 13-14 (domestic side of the house).

We staff just under 14 pilots per narrow body domestic airframe. Widebody international airframes can be staffed over 30 pilots per airframe.
