Actually the payload number I posted is wrong. I used a CEO weight. Should be around 50,000 with full fuel so the numbers are better. With 225 people they would have had between 3000 to 6000 lbs available in the belly or about 26lbs per passenger using best case. If the OEW is 3000 lbs heavier like most aircraft end up that drops in half. With their config it’s likely well above 107,000.

And there were 7 kids. Don’t forget the kids. 😜

Probably more than 7. If the flight really was 8:40 as posted they had some really great winds Westbound for this time of year.

No doubt...........

Its still impressive as hell to me. At a US legacy carrier - with about 190-200 pax onboard - you could have even had bags on board.

This is quite a bit different than your claim of:

No bags or cargo apparently. Bags had to go on another flight.

According to posts on social media it was 218 pax, and the bags went. However, it appears to be standard for Wow Air to lose a lot of bags anyway.

Basically 2 to 3 a month for about 6 years.

I think that’s prob the average... we’re taking 5 a month the next few months!

Is there a wag on how many pilots in category per aircraft?
