Well considering that the average life expectancy for a male in the US is 76 years old, that would make 10 years about right considering some will not make it to 70 and some will go beyond 80.

11 were between age 51 and 62 (4 were SIC outs)

Basically 26 out of 37 went to age 65 last month.
If a fNW pilot retires prior to age 65, are they subject to an early retirement penalty on their frozen pension ? If so, how much % per year?
