Dropping carry-out trip
I messed up my bid and forgot that 01JUL is in the June bid month. I got a July 1 - July 4th trip. Do I have to wait until June 20th to have a chance at personal dropping this trip? Tried to APD and PD July 1st. Denied due to capped reserve days even though twice as many reserves available as required. I know APD’s are restricted over holidays. I don’t even care about working July 4th. I just don’t want to work Sunday, July 1st.

Yep. You're screwed. If it werent a holiday it would drop because it treats next month as all blue days before bidding closes....EXCEPT when there is an APD holiday the 2 prior 1 after applies.

Technically yes he did, however, July 1st should not be part of June. That is a DALPA failure.
