Is there an email or number for a POC? I filled out the form and never received an email with instructions. I guess i could try to wipe it myself - what could go wrong?

The hard drive is encrypted and you need a bitlocker encryption key to wipe the drive. There is a hidden partition (not so hidden )on the drive that I'm certain has the key stored in it but you need admin user name and password to be able to access. I can run an exploit to accomplish what I need but I'm trying to do it the right way. LOL
You can try to wipe the drive and if successful, you'd need to pay for a new Microsoft license which kind of defeats the purpose of them resetting it. Basically, their reset process was them sending a code to give us admin privileges and the second part is a reset whereby a fresh install of W10 is overwritten to the drive with a license key attached. My son and I looked at a lot of the coding that was done and boy it's bad. (From a coding perspective) Spelling errors and such. :D |

If you're reset didn't work, there's an email you'll have to send a request to and request the Bit Locker Recovery Key. Don't want to post it on here. They're swamped right now. Somebody made a boo boo!
You can call the help desk and they'll give you the email. |
