Numerous pilots have stated Airbus(Non 350/220) training at Delta is the easiest training program in the airline. It came across to me as most can sleep walk thru the training.

So far for me from easiest to hardest:

It should be because that's how the plane was designed. While the "A"220 has nothing to do with being an Airbus other than an unintended economic policy blowback from Boeing's hubris, the A350 shouldn't be so far apart concept wise that it results in harder or less successful training. If that's the case then something else behind the scenes is the more likely reason.

As a new hire a year ago I went through A320 training and it was the smoothest, most laid back and well run training program I’ve been through by a considerable margin in both my military and civilian career.

I heard this quote once from a DAL pilot and it was quite apt in my humble opinion, "Once you bid the Airbus, (D)on't (E)ver (L)eave (T)he (A)irbus"...or some such

That’s encouraging. I would say the exact opposite for 88 training.

737 training is also super chill and easy. Great instructors.

Mad Dog training was still way better than EMJ/CRJ/175/ATR training at my crappy regional. “Meat grinder” and “sink or swim” were on a whole different level. Just sayin.

350 training is probably the easiest...airplane does it all.
