Default Can't log into iCrew mobile....

Has anyone ever had an issue logging into icrew mobile? My password and username that I log into delta net regularly as well as the desktop version of icrew aren't working in icrew mobile. It says "password or username are invalid". I've tried clearing the cache, different browsers, resetting, iPad, iPhone etc. "Tech Support" kicked it over to the icrew people who said they have absolutely no access to the login stuff and that icrew is working on their end. So, I've hit a dead end. Any ideas? The ONLY reason I use mobile is to checkin for a rotation....

Have you changed your password recently? Sometimes it takes a few hours to port over. Not sure if the new Single Sign On would have anything to do with it?

You are using 9 digit for iCrew Mobile right?

Yes to both replies above......new problem too.....I have an icrew notification that needs a password to acknowledge, but it only lets me type 7 characters into the password field to acknowledge, but Delta IT requires their super special 8 character passwords.....

40 minutes with IT, them "elevating it" to someone else, me hanging up frustrated and 3 password resets later I'm back up and running. I guess when in doubt, keep resetting your password......

I'm having issues with regular iCrew using Chrome on Windows. Won't let me view open time rotations and won't let me view rotations that have assigned by PCS/Scheduling.

Same, there appears to be some issue with icrew going on. I can login but from there its a crap shoot as to what it will let me do.

I had problems on icrew yesterday on an iMac. It's gotta be something with the 1990s MS-DOS program that was ported to make it web-friendly.
