I'd be pretty annoyed too, what's the point of paying for a review service if they can't catch an error like yours? That's something I always look for when a friend asks me to review their app. Unless they made some other substantial corrections to your app, I'd demand they return my money for a job poorly done. And nobody (who posts here) knows when they will revisit YOUR app, they're all different. If you're a protected class probably sooner, if you're a white male without sufficient privilege then it's a complete crap shoot.

This is likely the answer but I suppose its possible that a human looked at it and decided college in XX but lived in CA/TX?

Anecdotally I think most fix-its eventually get an interview. I've heard anywhere from ignoring the fix it email and getting an interview call within days, to those who immediately make the proper corrections and then wait about a year until the interview invite. I'd imagine there are probably 1 or 2 who made the changes and never got an invite. The only real data probably lives somewhere at Delta HQ but they're not going to post it here.
