Ok to follow up on a earlier question I had asked. I thought all training awards were supposed to be in seniority order in your category and base. I’ll use the example of 717a nyc
There are a couple people junior to me that are training before me. I thought that wasn’t supposed to happen. I know they do this manually and maybe they made a mistake I’m just trying to figure that out before I contact them.

"They" may have deemed your current category has staffing issues and held you back. They can always do so but you will be pay protected once a junior pilot from your AE who requires the same kind of training is converted as a NYC717A.

It's out all "normal-like" now.

I think the seniority list for AE is different from the MD list. Just a guess of what may have happened.

I have the same question. There are 12 people junior to me training and converting before me. I’m not displeased with the timing, but it’s kind of WTF.

22.E.3,4,5 Read that small section and see if it helps.

All the “AE” awards to that category appear in seniority order.

Separately, all the VD/MD displacements off the previous equipment appear in the right order.

Remember, “category” is seat+fleet+base.

I don’t understand what you are seeing. PM if you want.
