What if you made a list of untrue statements, which were then corrected and then, rather than accept that correction, decided to pivot to a hypothetical to still try to win an argument that Delta is just a bad, no good, evil and terrible airline? What if?

What if, in my actual experience, Delta has been a very fair employer, paid me well and while nowhere near perfect, is a job I'm grateful for? What if Captain Dickson actually listened to me for hours and was completely respectful with the data brought to him?

What if two airlines merged a decade ago, just posted an incredible quarterly profit which netted us another half-a-billion dollars in profit sharing while safely moving customers at nearly the speed of sound in industry leading comfort? What if?

Has FO Pettit ever publically outlined her SMS concerns, or what she seeks in that regard?

The message from her lawyer(s) seemed to be, pay us or we will smear Delta's name in the press as far and hard as we can.

Delta replied to blackmail, "we don't negotiate with terrorists."

Capt. Dickson is a good man caught up in collateral damage. The attorneys can't get any money from him, but that's not even the point. His confirmation is a soft target.

Admittedly, just my inference and my humble opinion. The fact she felt entitled a company paid party on an overnight, then to use Delta's branding, uniform and excerpts from Delta's copyrighted materials in her book(s) and demands SVP pay suggests a world-view not grounded in reality.

You mentioned transcripts in a previous post....is there a transcript of some/all of these proceedings and where can I find it?

Dickson is through committee, and likely to be confirmed once a vote is scheduled.

Don’t have a link but DPA emailed them out. Read most of them on a long deadhead, they’re often dry but occasionally interesting. Neither side comes out particularly shiny. Delta looks occasionally arrogant and dismissive and she looks....... well I’ll be charitable and say odd.

It’s hard to stay shiny when you’re waist deep in odd.
