For some reason, this thread makes me think of this person. (Disgraced CEO of Theranos, aka the "Female Steve Jobs", aka "Crazy Eyes with a Voice that Fries", aka former youngest self made (and lost) female billionaire now awaiting federal trial for multiple counts of fraud)

I guess two out of three ain't all bad.

Correct it was a Suite at the layover hotel in HNL she was trying to get authorized by the CEO

I only read the first two books, not her latest two in the same series. But now that I see the details coming out about KP, her books seem to mirror image real life NW/DL. The first book had a crazy unrealistic plot but one key thing was a merger to create the biggest airline in the world (sound familiar at the time?) and how you can’t just change SOPs. The whole thing echoed about NATCO going away and the NWA SOPs giving way to how Delta does things. It looks like she took NWA’s disappearance personally and hates Delta.

I wouldn’t wish for a pilot to lose their job, but this one needs to go. Badly.

Was her story a fictional merger? Or factual acquisition.

The acquiring entity has the hammer. Just ask AA and Usair pilots.

She's very lucky to still be here. PWA has given her a lot of protection but she's still mouthing off at ALPA. Talk about biting both hands that feed you (Company/DALPA)
