I just used 2 IVD's to drop 2 RES days. Now, because of another vacation week, I'm working only 12 RES days in AUG and getting 84hrs pay.

You also can’t IVD if you have already used your vacation for the vacation year.
You have to have future vacation days (in the vacation year) to use. |

The future vacation period is reduced by the number of IVDs you take from it because you get paid the value of the vacation days used to drop those trips. GP |

I’ve mentioned it before but don’t forget about using the VACB provision as well. It pays more than an IVD and leaves the amount of accrued vacation days unaffected.
