Select the 3 parallel bars on the top left corner and find "friends". Hit the + sign on the top right corner and enter the person's name or employee number to send them a friend request. They can then go in their app and approve your friend request. Once they approve you'll see their name listed on the friends tab and selecting their blue employee number will take you to their schedule. Just be very careful since any micrew friend who is in the same category as you can just view your schedule from their app and take your trips without your approval. So make sure your friends are really your friends!

Another dumb question - miCrew
Another dumb question. I’m trying to swap to get on a flight with a friend. Is there a way to see who is working in a specific fight? I want to make sure a problematic individual is not on the flight. I had to intervene in a dispute last time this person worked a flight I was in. I ended up reporting her as she was clearly at fault. Just want to avoid an awkward situation. Thanks for your help.

I was able to use an Android app to share my schedule with my wife. The app is TimeTree.
I installed TimeTree on my Android phone and then under Settings selected "Import External Calendar." I was able to select the CrewAcc MiCrew, in addition to my Gmail and Hotmail calendars.
It imported all events from those calendars.
I don't know if this automatically updates as I make changes, or if I simply need to reclick the External Import to send events out to the server.
I then, under settings, selected "Invite Members." The app sent an email to my wife instructing her to a) install TimeTree, and to b) join the shared calendar.
She now sees in her Android, under TimeTree, my full Google Calendar to include all MiCrew events.

Sharing schedule with my wife is a good thing. She keeps me prioritizing family over work. Still married and still happy. Can’t complain. I’ve said this before. Your kids do not care that you are a captain. They know you as either being home or being away. It’s that simple to them.

As an added bonus, when she has input to the initial award, it’s much easier to say “What do you think about missing dinner with the neighbors on Friday for a 4 day GS?”

Wow, my wife has absolutely zero SA or care about my schedule. She just goes along with the flow. Doesn’t really know the difference between an FO and a captain. I flew the same jet in the military for 20 years, she couldn’t pick it out of a line-up of a balloon, a helicopter, and an airplane. Just never cared one way or the other. Been married 20 years…
