Some people build things. Former boy scouts and self starters. Other people don't own a screwdriver. I'd like to think the vast majority of our "type" sees a problem as a challenge that needs a solution; and we set forth in fixing it. But like I said. Some people don't own a screwdriver.

Here is my favorite so far: "why isn't there writing on BOTH sides?!" Why? So your shirt can also see your protest.

I don't wear lanyards or anything around my neck, (yes, clip on tie) is connecting it to my bag acceptable? I know, I'm the unity problem... blah, blah. Yes or no opinions please. I don't need a lecture, I've been on strike, we ain't there yet.

I’m not wearing it.
Not because I don’t believe in showing unity, but because the stupid thing doesn’t want to be around my neck. Given the slightest tug, be it deliberate or inadvertent, the “latch” (that tiny pitiful raised dot of plastic that holds the whole damn thing together) comes undone and the lanyard falls to the ground.
Dang ALPA, use your millions to give us something that works.
