I did as many in my category did with a high ALV in March and “Set condition min credit”
However, there’s a note next to that bid line that the (Admin Limit =0)
Looking above me there were others that bid this way with the same result. Contractually does anyone know if this is allowed? I get what they’re doing - but can they just negate a bid line for an entire category that way? Seems like if your senority would allow for you to be at the min but in the window, an admin shouldn’t be allowed to just override that because their staffing is inadequate.

That's the way it's always been, which isn't a reason. You are just artificially cutting your LCW in half. Bid productivity and you get more pay for the same days worked if the LCW is high or an extra day off because you are more efficient.

How many? Our low staffing formula, optimization and high TLV are what cost jobs. For all those finding a way around the limits, there's others dropping half their lines. I don't refute the small impact but the degree of harm pales. Schedule flexibility is the greater impact given our optimization and low min day.
