Down but not fully out on Texas. We secured a gate in DAL finally, and all daily flights from AUS are increasing with flights to ATL going from 7 a day to 10.

Should have over 40 departures a day out of AUS on 320’s come summer. Could easily support an outstation base. That goes for a lot of our bigger outstations however.

Propel convention at the museum this morning. Both Ed and Pat Burns were speakers…both talked about BOS.
Ed said we were now number 1 in BOS (didn’t say by which metric). Ed also stated that we are up from 4 international BOS daily departures to 14. Patrick addressed it. He stated that BOS is falling in the grey area between cheaper to have as a layover and cheaper to have as a domicile, insinuating that future growth would be needed to turn it into a domicile. THEN, he said, “But IF that happens, it will not happen until Q3 or Q4, because we build the airline for the summer” |
