A few of us were saying back in March - 3-4K furlough if we're lucky.

Watch EB's Forbes interview. The Oracle just dumped all his air line stocks.

The howitzer we took to our economy over this nothing burger, coupled with the moving goal posts of shutdowns, fueled by the constant MSM fear mongering means a lot of us are needlessly going to be on the street here in 6 months. This is a public policy cluster******* of biblical proportions. Hope you got your things together my man.
Wuhan is "open", but electricity use is 1/5 of the normal use. Stay at home is still advised. State controlled media and a dictatorship. Businesses are failing after a 10 week lockdown. Can't blame libs and MSM.

This is a blight we all share in Hank. Left/right/center/upside down/dog person/cat person/tree hugger/wombat/platypus/ whatever you associate with - we all are screwed. For what? Was it necessary to shut it all down? Really necessary?
Last time I checked peoples' heads are not spontaneously exploding from this bug. You'd a thunk that is what it's doing given our gross over reaction. Have a good night.

Check the fear index, people don't know who has it, how they can catch it, and sure as heck don't want to bring it home to their families. Hence, we're screwed. It's not the MSM. This has been going on long before CNN.

Irrelevant and been hashed on a gazillion times. You chose to ignore the facts.

UAL just posted their displacement bid. Ouch.
I've had enough of dealing with you. You're off to ignore land. Have a good night Hank. Wish we could see each other closer to the middle, but we are never going to get there. Ever.

In this Fortune interview, starting at 4:20 he begins to talk about this. A few seconds later he says, “I think this is a three year process just to get back to a sustainable level of travel demand - not necessarily getting back - I don’t think we’ll be back to 2019 levels in three years - just to a level of scale we can build off for the new normal in travel demand.“ Later he does say he hopes it is sooner.

This is all new territory. Everyone is making their best guess but his guess is better than mine.

This ain’t the first pandemic. You can still catch Hong Kong Flu. But you don’t see people hiding and declaring an emergency back then.

Does “Hong Kong Flu” also have symptomatic Typhoid Marys walking around unknowingly infecting others? If it doesn’t, then that’s a glaring difference between it and COVID-19.

Oh snap.
It’s a uniform not a suit. Spell check helps get your point across more effectively. And it’s profit sharing, not a bonus. Bye, c-ya

How many times have you gone to work sick? You know, just a little under the weather, but heck I'll be fine?
How many times have you been a little under the weather, but went out on that dinner, or to that movie? Its just allergies. I'm fine.
There is no typhoid mary with this bug. Virus loading has been explained ad nauseum.
By your logic we will all be wearing masks, standing 6 feet apart and flying 1/2 full airliners until the end of time. 'Cause mur der hur we can't have another typhoid mary running around unknowingly infecting the entire 7 billion people on the earth....
HIV been around since 1981. It's killed 35 million+. We still don't have vaccine for it.
Same for the common cold. no vaccine
Same for the most common influenzas (vaccine yes, effective - no).
If you think we will produce a viable vaccine for this virus in the next decade, you'd be wrong.
I'd like to hear what your solution is for this bug for the next century. You know, #notyphoidmarys
Please, enlighten me. All ears here....
