So Sad To See

Flying a Cherokee around today in the BHM area. Those hangars are full of Delta jets too. Hoping for the best for y’all!

Thanks for the picture.

You probably logged more time in your Cherokee flight today than 80% of all Delta pilots have for the entire month of May.

Now do Victorville. There’s probably close to 500 airliners parked there.

Sad indeed, but a reminder of how serious this incident is for aviation. This isn’t management just trying to screw us over. This is a major problem.

While true, I’m guessing they follow the adage “never let a crisis go to waste” in regards to dealing with pilots....

I'd rather see liquidations, including us if it comes to that, than the industry go through another race to the bottom lost decade for everyone.

$14 a day to park an airliner at Roswell, that seems like a good deal. While there, they need a little care, jobs for the area.

I doubt it’s $14 a day to park at most airports.
