Default Success factors???

Anyone use the new success factors app? I got an email for training and supposedly the QCQ2 is on it but after downloading and trying several times I get a "Request Failed Please try again latter" apple popup. I am spending way too much time trying to get this to work including emails. I feel like this is this years ARCOS.

Took a few times clicking the download button and downloaded after I closed out all the other apps. After that I just clicked on the to-do (I think...one of the buttons on the bottom) button and it had all my CQ courses there. Actually worked pretty good. My only wish is that it was just one thing to open then linked to everything else. Otherwise I'll take this over the old way.

I downloaded the app and completed QCQ with no issues. I tested the download and offline completion function on one module and that seemed to work too.

My only problem with the app is it dumped QCQ, world wide ops, and my new IQ into one massive list of crap with no organization.

It's a mess. How many clicks does it take to start a module? You can't bookmark it. Another debacle.

I had that pop up. I hit ok and all was well. Just finished up and other than that glitch, no issues.

I closed the pop up and the boxes on the main screen. Still nothing in the to do list. I tried the browser version and nothing there either. After a few hours I delete and downloaded the app again and sent another email and stuff started populating. I think I’m good now but haven’t done it yet. I wasted 2ish hours on this, unpaid of course, this concludes my rant unless I have further issues. Man, do I hate Delta tech.

Check your time card when you’re done. It’s also having issues transferring the completion credit over to icrew.

I had no issues (other than having to attempt the app download multiple times) in completing all lessons in the app. The issue came when I checked my time card and it didn't show the completion. I went into Success Factors on my computer via Deltanet and it had one lesson remaining which wasn't in the app. It was called Final Lesson (or something similar). It was literally one slide saying my QCQ was now complete. My time card was correct a few minutes later.
