Or C be disappointed in a fellow pilot. I fully support the cause, the organization that hijacked a worthwhile cause is the problem.
BLM belongs in the same trash bin as the KKK and other hate groups.
Can we find a way to express support for people, without endorsing the organization?

The workplace is not a forum for either side of a political argument. Business should attempt to offend no one. Only way to do that is NO PINS for either side. Debate your political views on your off time without pulling your coworkers into the argument involuntarily.

The work place is not the place to "dialogue". I will conjure up my Nostradamus inner feelings and predict a law suit for "hostile workplace" environment before this is all done.. Probably coupled with a social media expose by one side being offended by the other.

Already posted the ATL incident by Frontier where the gate agent outed and denied boarding FAM because he wanted to wear an American flag face mask.

Of course its not your problem because you are virtuous and on the side of "right" and anyone who disagrees with you is wrong and can go eff themselves. That about sum it up? Don't wanna put words in your mouth.

BTW..."ass raping" may be your cup of tea, but I can state emphatically that I have never engaged in that sort of behavior regardless of color....."not that there is anything wrong with that". See you libs change your opinions on what is right and what is wrong(ass raping) only to suit your narrative!! Kinda like your screen name. Is it OK to use that R word? You have been called out on it before as being offensive but you just don't care....talk about tone deaf? Why yes, yes sir you are.

The issue is that it is not opening a dialogue it is forcing you to accept a position. If you do not accept the orthodoxy whole heartily, without question, then you risk your job. A dialogue cannot be one-way, and as such it is not promoting a dialogue.

Furthermore, a dialogue of this nature has no place on the flight deck, or work in general.

All it takes is one accusation of insensitivity or micro-agression -- whether intended or not -- to result in a potential career-ending carpet dance. All that counts these days is perception.

Why even take the chance? There's no upside.

I couldn’t agree more. This $h!t should not be sanctioned by any airline, or allowed to be worn by any crew members. We should not be displaying support for Biden, Trump, BLM, Blue Lives Matter, or any other political/social justice group. Airlines and flight crews should not display any bias, it is just to polarizing. A pressurized tube is not the place for this crap. It is irresponsible.

Ok, I have to ask. Why is it irresponsible?
