Yup, i know them still, and they know not to complain about their stupid crap around line guys.
here's some checkairmen making 200k at edv too (or will when training gets hitting hard again).

What denny is talking about are DGS instructors, NOT edv instructors. Learn a little about the place you work for, and to do that, you have to shut that yapper of yours

The email mentions coming on as a Non Seniority List Instructor at Endeavor. The email also has an ad for CAE Inc.

Well I won’t be applying. If it was part time and in my area I might think about but after 50+ years of working and/or going to school, I’m really looking forward to not being obligated/required to do anything after August 31. Just thought it was interesting.

Denny

Honestly, you'd impart more knowledge if they all just bought u drinks after class a night a week and you told stories. Guys like you we dont need helping guys on RJ touch screen trainers. Guys like you need to be around to explain how this profession works and how guys can be better decision makers.

Denny

UNfortunately i dont think you'd be under the contract however they tried to pay you. Dgs might finally have had enough edv bs

We don’t need ex delta guys as sim instructors at endeavor. I’ve met a few already and they simply do not know the RJ as they don’t fly it. Shut that yapper of yours please.

Could you imagine an EDV CA going to Delta and instructing on the 350? Lollollol.

I have no problem with our sim instructors making the money they do. You’re a tool man.

Youve already figured out on here, probably 100 times now, how dumb you are. So smarten up, and you do that by asking questions.

Also, you can't keep up in the conversation, you're far enough behind you think youre ahead. Literacy is important.

The thing Denny would be imparting is other knowledge. I assume you're still in training, but when you get more than 100 hours of crj time youll kinda find out what the captain is doing (sorta). After you fly a few types and sit in the left seat a few times you'll continue to realize, "oh this is the same job just the airplane is different". Youll learn theres thinking and doing jobs. Flying is a doing job. Being a captain is a thinking job.

Best thing a captain can do to learn more is listen to guys like Denny explain little processes and mental shortcuts to help address every problem. His skills are decision making and leadership. Your just trying to figure out which book is what. Eventually, when you hit puberty, you'll remember this conversation and say, "ahhh, ive gotta learn a little more than just flying airplanes" and these conversations will make sense.
