Just looking for general consensus if anyone here uses them and what their thoughts are on their services. Thanks very much.

Flew w a guy that is a big part of that. He claimed their fees were the same as Fidelity’s mgmt fees, and that their returns have always beaten Fidelity’s. I’m still w Fidelity. Sooooo, I dunno.

I’ve been with them for about 3 years now.
so far, so good.

the jury is still out on overall returns vs what I could have done elsewhere as the market has been all over the place.

but their service and attentiveness is top notch. A single phone call or email gets quick results.

I am very pleased with the results from my Investment Management firm (another firm). Beats the market averages 3 - 5% per year, after paying their fees, over their 40 years experience. Puts them in the top couple of percent of all money managers. Truly amazing service. Lots of top quality research. Shares their knowledge in an understandable, probability and data based manner. Requires high net worth invested with them ($500,000+). I get no kickback from them.

Very large firm. High amount of personal interaction. Always talk to the same counselor.

I will share their name on a PM, not publicly.

I’ve been with them about two years. I’m thinking about dumping them actually. I don’t see a significant enough difference between what I’m getting out of them and what my standard fidelity portfolio provides. Not worth coughing up extra money for marginal to non existent return difference. First year is free though so you could always try it out and see how you like it.
