12% Raise
Given the Pfizer vaccine news it will be all hands on deck for Summer of 2021.
Any deal must be coupled with a 12% raise coupled with the first quarter of profitability.
There can’t be one single Delta pilot (other than the C44 reps) who believes for one second that Delta management will negotiate in good faith as we return to profitability.
Furloughing is no longer a possibility.

Non-cons got 4% JAN 1 2020. That's baked in with retro IMHO. I'd like to see a profit sharing check before we start negotiating again because it means we have a profitable year behind us and the trajectory is clear. But sure 12% sounds good. How about 25% DC? And full pay for training and vacation. I could go on but now is not the time. Yet.

Things will be better at a pace beyond imagination .
The air lines have permanently parked countless jets.
Profit margins will be off the charts as demand exceed supply for years. Oil prices will collapse as electric car manufacturing explodes exponentially.
Agreeing to concessions when furloughs are now off the table makes no sense.
We need guarantees of a raise as Delta turns profitable. In my option Q2 2021.

The swipe at the reps is unnecessary and uncalled for. Especially since this is the “best MEC” as you have said and they make up the MEC voters.

This too shall pass. Don’t ever bet against America.
Stock market is exploding.
Jet fuel will plummet with the elimination of internal combustion engine cars/trucks.
Demand for air travel will skyrocket and demand will exceed supply for years.
Take a deep breath. It will all be ok.
Hugs.
