I don’t think they are and that’s the problem. Seeing lots of issues across all departments. I’m guessing that with the early retirement packages that were offered, most of the “Top Men” in various departments are no longer employed. I think that with this happening to key people across so many departments, the talent drain was more than could be absorbed in a short time frame.
