23.S.9 should help out

Did they still use their call sign to introduce themselves?

Probably said 'shack' though if they got in a good zinger.

I read that.

In my case I go back on LC. My golden X day is gone as I got back in base at 0715 that morning. I have today off go back on LC tomorrow. My golden X day is gone, nothing got slid to the right. I should get a PB day for the fact they scheduled me into my hard off day right?

That reference above is not about that.

If they assigned a trip that they knew violated a golden x day then you should probably grieve that thru ALPA.

23 S. 3) says a reserve pilot will not be assigned a rotation that interrupts a Golden day.

If they truly flew you into a Golden Day (no YS), make sure you get 5+15 pay (no credit) in addition to your reserve guarantee for what was, in effect, an inverse assignment (see 23.U.3.b.2) as well as a PB day for that Golden Day that was interrupted.

I'm reserve - not by choice as I am < 60% in category - we just seem to have this manning problem due to the vaccine or so I'm told....

Not a YS, this trip was assigned by CS.

that is an illegal assignment. Contact alpa. You will not receive a pb day, you will get a pr day ending at 1615 on your next on call day.

The widebody argument won’t prevent you from attempting to segue into a LBP shot though....:)

That I will.

Thanks everyone for the inputs.

It’s an attempted dig at fighter guys. Call signs and supposedly slipping 3-1 tactical comm into everyday conversation.
