Wondered how long it took for you to finally get your first Cisive email. I’m on day 8, and still waiting.

I got the email to take the Hiring Assessment. I apologize if this has been mentioned, but which services/sites are people using to prepare for this assessment? Thanks!

Just curious how critical internal recs are?

I was told https://airlineassessmentprep.com/curriculum-vitae/

for the Cut-e test.

But if someone knows of something different/better, LMK. I have to take it by Sunday.

That's the one I did and steer everyone towards. Here's the sections from post 91. Can't practice the comm one at this site. I just recommend turning the volume up and write it down. That's the only task you can use a pen and paper. Plus you can practice each section before the rea test.

"8 sections

Spatial orientation (ndb/rmi in relation to aircraft-its timed for 3 mins)

Reaction speed (click when two shapes match each other)

Deductive logical thinking (sudoku style—which shape should be in which position on the grid)

Monitoring ability(how many dots are moving around in a circle)

Multi-tasking capability (3 tasks at once—-adding/subtracting, determining if shapes are duplicated in a row of other shapes, and a slider like the game asteroids where you avoid objects to prevent a crash)

Auditory comprehension (audio clips of clearance read backs or approach clearances and you have to choose the correct answer from 3 multiple choice options)

Complex control (use your mouse to guide your plane through a series of rotating circles)

Work-related behavior(standard personality test)"

Not critical. I got hired with zero. And no recency. My app was in for one day… What a time to be a pilot. They are definitely nice to have though if you know people. I did but didn’t have time to get recs written before I got the call. Publish app ASAP.

Mine is published. Has been for awhile. Did get 1 internal rec tonight. What about external recs? What else is your app like? I’m a 3000 TT regional FO with no glaring disqualifiers

So are most people spending a few days on the Cut-e test before taking the online assessment?

I got the "Fix it" email on Feb 1st almost right away for one minor correction after I sent in the application and then the 2 emails on the 14th and 15th. I've got 7 days or so to take the online assessment. Pretty nervous about it so current plan is to throw myself at the Cut-e test stuff and just hope the assessment goes well.
