they never tell you what your tier is. If you are currently flying and have no detractors you should be T1. all people coming from other majors are T1. They like recent flight experience, less than 200 hours in a year could put you at T2.

it is just a crazy way they try to determine if you will be successful in training. I my opinion it is a very flawed system but they seem to like it.

the reason I say it is flawed is because lots of people who don’t get hired go onto successful careers at their airlines and have no issues in training.

6 month application 2nd attempt

In August I had an online assessment which was unsuccessful. The email said that my application would not be considered again until at least 6 months had passed. Is there anything else I can do other than updating my app and hope for another invite?

TIA

Hey everyone. Like most here, I received the Assessment! I signed up for Cut-E.

It took a bit of practice, but I’m feeling good about a lot of the games now. However, the Monitoring Ability (with the moving marbles) is very tough for me.

Does anyone have any solid tips or advice for that game?

Thank you!

Rough estimate based on screen coverage. For the lower amounts you can count them for a second when all spread out. Then they usually go up from there. When you miss, then they go to a lower quantity. Focus on the middle of the circle/ cut the circle in half, then determine how many on each side.
Eventually you will just know what 8, 10, 13 looks like.

I had a hard time as well with the spacial orientation. Once it got above 8 it was a bit tricky. Mostly just educated guesses on the Cut E practice. The actually test was a bit harder I thought. I thought the balls moved a bit quicker, and I couldn't even guess correctly. That being said, I felt I bombed it at the end but ended up getting an invite the next day.

Point being, don't stress about it. Yes, practice a few times but I wouldn't worry about it. Sleep well, and take the test before lunch so you can enjoy the rest of your day. Good luck, you'll do great!

For the interview they are requesting DD214 or current orders if still in. Anyone interview recently who is a TR/DSG? If so what did you bring in lieu of current orders? Statement of services ? I am currently an ART but technically that's a civilian job, but does have an aeronautical order associated with it.

I was in the same position last month. Brought some DD214s I got from a deployment since it says ALL DD214s. I told them I was still a TR in the interview and nothing else came of it.

Hi I apologize if this has been asked earlier in the thread. I received the invite for the online hiring assessment, and have been practicing with Cut-e, as others have suggested. Their are 9 aptitude tests on the site. Which ones are included in the Delta Hiring Assessment? Thanks!
