In my opinion I think you'll be fine as long as whatever you have is neat and consistent. At the time of my interview(s) over 8500+ hrs in all paper logs I had swapped back and forth between logging flights in tenths vs hrs/mins, then back to tenths (not uber consistent I suppose). Only logged a daily block total, stopped logging tail numbers years ago, really never logged actual IMC time the last 15 years or so. I admit it, I got relatively lazy over the last decade+ in wanting to keep up with a crazy detailed logbook. No one remotely cared and said my logbooks looked really nice. What I did have was neat and tidy though. I got the job along with the guy who logged every leg/tail number/minute of IMC time.

Can’t speak to success rate as a percentage or anything, but I used Spitfire Elite and loved it. They use a combination of self-study academics and group “hot-seat” sessions to prepare you for both the HR and Psych interview. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

No problem, yea you should be good. Although someone somewhere out there might see my logbooks and cite me for lack of attention to detail, and fair enough I suppose. So if I had to advise a younger me i'd say try to be slightly OCD about them in case you get the guy on the panel who really cares about every tail number and IMC time logged.....

Can someone please give a rough timeline of post-CJO. Took the assesment and felt good. I need to plan for some life events.
From what I read around here it goes like this:
1.Assesment invite
2.Interview invite email
3.Schedule interview date. (roughly 5 weeks wait)
4.Interview date. CJOs offered on the spot.
How does it go from here?
5.Indoc date email?
6. Indoc?
7.wait for SIMs?
How long is indoc? How long are SIMs? And what are the wait times for SIMs?(I know it depends on assigned fleet, but rough/average estimate)
Trying to find out how long I would have to be away from home for indoc/training (*IF*i get the job). Not that I mind, but need info for planning.

After CJO it is currently about a 7-8 week wait to get the email notification for a class date. The class date will be about 6-7 weeks after that email is received. I have not started training yet, so I cannot speak to the accuracy of current training timeline but my buddies going through start indoc on a Tuesday and then have weekend off and finish that following Thursday. After indoc I have heard anywhere from a 2 week to 2 month wait for aircraft training depending on fleet. Aircraft training and sims are roughly just over a month from what I understand. Others may be able to correct me on the accuracy of the training timeline but I think that's a good rough estimate. It is all positive space to and from training as well so can go home if you have a few days off in between events.

So basically about 14-16 weeks from interview to starting real training (excluding indoc which sounds like a week only)
Are they still paying hotel for indoc only? Or for the whole training?

All hotels are paid for for the duration of training.

I thought Indoc started on Tuesday and ended the following Wednesday? Do I just have bad gouge or did something change recently?

The winging event is Wednesday night and classes finish up mid-afternoon on Thursday.
