We saw in our class:

737: 2.5 - 3.5 weeks
320: 1-1.5 weeks

Interview coach/prep

I used Chad with Ascend Interview Prep for my interview coaching and application prep. Helped a ton and got an offer with Delta and SWA

They changed it again as of this month. It’s activated and allowed to be used during indoc now. Straight from the mouth of the new hire leadership team. Should be up and running for all new hires now.

Can confirm. KCM was activated a couple days after Indoc was completed.

FWIW: Updated airline apps 3 months ago and weekly since. Online assessment invite 18JUL, completed 19JUL, interview invite 20JUL. Used RST to study for assessment from AM 18JUL until PM 19JUL then took it. Helped a good bit. Good luck to all.

Recent CJO here. Been researching all the possible airframes for NYC. When would I expect access to be able to see actual schedules in the system so I make the best decision on my bid? Thanks!

As soon as you get your PPR and create a login for some hr stuff you can access delta net. My division, crew resources/scheduling. You can check out the rotation construction dashboard for an overview as well as monthly bid awards Wide Report to see the trips people are awarded

Thanks for that!

Per a Pilot Selection video posted on their FB page, interview scheduling is now done via the web instead of the ridiculous call-all-the-time method. You give 5 dates you’re available the the team will schedule you on the earliest possible date. Sounds like the finally fixed that pain point in the interview process.

You will bid on your airframe and base before you begin indoc. So you won't have access to schedules before you bid.
